Phase one...the exterior
Phase two...the interior

The footers have been dug and the cement pads poured.
The retaining walls will soon be poured also.

The retaining walls are being formed.

All of the retaining wall have been poured. Styrofoam
has been placed on the interior of the walls.

A gravel base has been poured.

The steel has arrived.

The rough in plumbing is in place.

Prepratory work has begun on the floor for the concrete.

The steel has been partially set! Its starting
to look more like a building now.

The steel beams have been set and the siding is
on its way up.

The outside walls are in place and the doors
have been set.

All the siding, roofing and trim has been
put up.

Phase one is finally complete!!
