THE BLAST of THE SIXTH TRUMPET     	 Pastor Bob Chroninger 
Trinity C.U.  1-9-2000 P.M.   		Revelation 9:13-21    
	Some believe that in this new millennium we may be faced with "cloned humans, designer
 babies" and other hair raising demonstrations that man "now has the power to play God with 
lives." (RD 12-99 pg.65)  But.. remember Jesus said.. that the days of Noah and Lot would be 
repeated as the Day of the Lord approaches.  GOD IS IN CONTROL !!! 
I.  THE TRUMPET THAT IS BLOWN... 
  A. There Is A Voice.. 
    1. It comes from the four horns of the "golden altar" (incense) 
    2. It comes from the presence of God.. and with His Sanction 
    3. It comes from the place of "intercession".. 
    4. It comes from the place that has now become the altar of judgment 
	- The martyred saints plead there for vengeance..  6:9,11 
	- The angel took his censer, filled with fire... 8:5 
	- The voice of woe and judgment now comes... 9:13 
  B. There Is A Message.. to the Sixth Angel.. 
    1. "Loose the four bound angels"  9:14 
	- They are "fallen angels" or "demons".. evil & destructive 
	- They are free to do Only What God Allows !!! 
  C. There Is Good Reason.. great crimes against His Altar... 
    1. God's Son is being "crucified afresh" 
    2. God's Salvation has been rejected.. 
	- The sins of earth have risen to the very place of mercy !! (remember Sodom)
        Gen.18:20,21
II.  THE TROUBLE THAT OCCURS... 
  A. These Four "Angels" Are Made Ready.. having been bound.. 
  B. These Four "Angels" Are Loosed .. for 13 months, a day, an hour 
    1. Not for their Salvation... for their destiny is determined... 
    2. Not for their Punishment... yet... 
  C. These Four "Angels" Are Allowed To Fulfill God's Purposes... 
    1. They will lead a vast "army" of two hundred million.. (demons) 
	- An army of devilish horsemen and horses... 
	   (God has His Too.. Elijah.. 2K.2:11; Elisha .. 2K.6:16,17) 
	- Riders.. breastplates of fire, jacinth, & brimstone 
	- Horses.. heads as lions (ferocious) 
	   - Mouths.. spewing fire, smoke & brimstone   (very element of hell) 
	   - Tails.. like serpents.. power in their mouths & tails 
    2. They will kill one third of the population.. 1 of every 3 
	- The fourth seal (Pale horse)  1/4 are killed 
	- The Sixth Trumpet.. another third ... one half.. 3 billion !! 
 ** This is the outrage of Holy Indignation !!
	- The Law of God may not be "broken" forever ! 
	- The Blood of Christ may not be "trampled" on forever ! 
III.  THE "TRAGEDY" THAT CONTINUES...  20, 21 
  A. Many Are Spared.. the mercy, grace, longsuffering of God.. 
    1. God does not delight in the death of the wicked. Ezek.33:11 
    2. God does want them to turn.. repent.. be saved !! 
	- They have lived through the end of the Church Age..
	- They have heard some of the 144,000 ! 
	- They have heard the two Witnesses.. 
	- They have seen the unmistakable Judgment of God.. 
	   and one half of the world's population has died... And Yet... 
  B. The Rest Repented Not.. still a necessary element in Salvation !! 
  C. They Return To Their Evil... 
    1. Their "Works".. own self-sufficiency 
    2. Their "Worship".. 
	- Of demons.. and their doctrines..  1Cor.10:20; 1Tim.4:1-3 
	- Of idols.. 
	   - Idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, wood... (materialism) 
	   - Idols which can't see, hear, nor walk... (New Age.. articles, chants, channeling, 
		crystals, pyramids, etc.) 
    3. Their "Wrongs".. 21 
	- Murders.. human life is no longer sacred.. drive by shootings, car jacking, road rage,
	   abortions.. we condemn Hitler and his "social engineering"... 
	- Sorceries.. impure practices with dangerous drugs, alcohol, heroin, crack, etc, etc.
	- Fornications.. total breakdown of marriage laws, family values, the Sodomite agenda 
	   with indescribable perversions 
	- Thefts..  fraud, deceit, disrespect for others wherever possible 

BUT REMEMBER... GOD IS IN CONTROL.. 
   TEMPTATION ENTERTAINED TODAY BECOMES TOMORROW'S SIN.. 
	THEN A HABIT.. THEN DEATH & SEPARATION FROM GOD.  James 1:15 
    SUCH IS DEPRAVED HUMAN NATURE.. AND REMEMBER... JUDE 15 
NOW IS THE DAY OF SALVATION... BETTER REPENT AND BELIEVE TODAY !!!
