DANIEL'S DETAILS of ISRAEL'S FUTURE  I   	 Pastor Bob Chroninger

	WOW!! Daniel sure received a lot of information about events that to him were yet future.  
And.. everything has been fulfilled perfectly up until this time.  There are many things yet to
take place... and we have confidence they will be fulfilled perfectly as well.  That's just the
way God is... AMEN !! 
I.  DANIEL IS IN MOURNING..  (3 wks about the 70 Sevens) 10:2 
  A. He Fasted..  no pleasant bread, meat, nor wine.. 
  B. He Refrained.. from special privileges... 
  C. He Sought the Lord..  three weeks.. 
II.  DANIEL IS VISITED.. (by a heavenly messenger..) 10:5.. 
  A. He Had A Special Excuse for Delay.. three weeks.. 10:12 
    1. By the "prince" of the kingdom of Persia.. 13 
    2. But.. Michael came to his aid.. 
  B. He Had A Special Message for Daniel.. 10:14 
    1. To make you understand..  (the vision is "far off") 
    2. To reveal the "latter days".. - what shall befall "thy people" 
  C. He Had A Special "Touch" for Daniel.. 
   1. "He touched me" 10:9,10..  (Daniel was on his face..) 
	- And his touch set him on his hands and knees 
    2. "He touched me"  10:15,16  (Daniel was "dumb") 
	- And his touch enabled him to speak 
    3. "He touched me"  10:17b, 18  (Daniel was without strength) 
	- And his touch strengthened him.. 
  D. He Had A Specific Message for Daniel..  (Chapter 11) 
    1. Babylon was defeated by Medo-Persia.. 11:2 
	- Daniel was living at this time.. 
    2. Persia will be defeated by Greece.. (Alexander the Great)  11:3 
	- This was 200 years before there was a Greek empire! 
    3. Greece will be divided.. among the four generals of Alexander 11:4 
	- Ptolemy I (Egypt) and Seleucus Nicator (Syria) 
	- Cassander ( Macedonia) and Lysimachus (Asia Minor) 
	   - And.. there was an ongoing conflict... with Jerusalem in the middle 
    4. A Vile Person.. 21 - 35  (a type of Antichrist) 
	- Antiochus Epiphanes got in "good" with the Romans.. gained power; pillaged
	    Jerusalem; polluted the temple (168-167) sacrificed pigs on the altar and set up 
	    statute of Zeus.. stopped daily sacrifice. 
    5. At The Time Of The End... a time appointed.. 35, 36-45 
  ** here there is a "leap" over the Church Age and describes Antichrist of Daniel's 70th week. 
	- A ruler who is self-willed.. 36 
	- A ruler who is self-exalting.. 36  (2Thes.2:7-10) 
	- A ruler who is self-promoting.. 36.. shall prosper til.. 
	   - the indignation be accomplished..  (Rev. 19:20)
	- A ruler who is self-deifying..  37   (2Thes.2:4)
	   - planting his tabernacle.. in the glorious Mt. (Jerusalem) 45   (Rev.13:4)
	- A ruler who is doomed for destruction.. 45
	    - a certain end.. and no help in sight   (2Thes.2:8)
	    - here is the one all people are warned about.. (Rev.14:9-12) 
	       - Don't worship him and don't receive his mark!!!   (warned by an angel)
		- Or.. you will "drink" the cup of the Wrath of God..
		- Or.. you will be tormented in the Lake of Fire 
WE ARE LIVING CLOSE TO THE "END" ??? 
	I NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN; YOU NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN; 
	WE ALL NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN... 
OR EXPERIENCE THE TERRIBLE WRATH OF GOD !!
