GRACE IS SUFFICIENT                  	Pastor Bob Chroninger Trinity C.U.  3-21-99 
   			  2Cor.12:1-10          
Oh.. the Wonderful, matchless Grace of Jesus.  His gift to us.. a gift that must be recieved 
by faith.  Amazing Grace.. how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me !!! 
I.  IT IS GRACE THAT OVERFLOWS ABUNDANTLY.. 
  A. Its source is Jesus Christ.. John 1:14,17 
	- "grace and truth came by Jesus Christ" 
  B. It is the "essence" of the gospel..  Acts 20:24 
  C. It is Greater than all our sin !!  Ro.5:20,21 
II.  IT IS GRACE THAT SAVES COMPLETELY.. 
  A. Grace brings Salvation.. and teaches us how to live.. Titus 2:11 
  B. Grace is the basis of our Hope!  Acts 15:11 
  C. Grace was obvious at Antioch..  Acts 11:23 
  D. Grace makes us "accepted in the Beloved"  Eph.1:6 
    1. There is redemption..  1:7 
    2. There is forgiveness.. 
  E. Grace provides Salvation without "works"..  Eph.2:5-9; 2Tim.1:9 
III.  IT IS GRACE THAT JUSTIFIES FREELY.. 
  A. God demands Perfect holiness... and man is incapable of that 
    1. Remember... "be ye holy for I am holy.." Lev.20:7; 1Pet.1:15,16 
  B. God's Grace will do what the Law cannot do..  Gal.5:4 
  C. God will "declare" the repentant believer to be "Righteous" 
    1. Remember.. Abraham believed God and... Gen.15:6; Ro.4:3; Gal.3:6 Jas.2:23 
    2. Remember.. what God said.. 
	Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
 IV.  IT IS GRACE THAT STRENGTHENS SUFFICIENTLY.. 
  A. To be Victorious.. Heb.2:9 
  B. To Build Us Up.. Acts 20:32 
  C. To Serve Him..  Acts 4:33 
  D. To Give As We Should..  2Cor.8:7, 9; 9:8 
  E. To Suffer If Necessary..  2Cor.12:9,10 
CONCLUSION:
  How Can You (I) Experience this Amazing Grace? 
	- It is not of works..  Ro.11:6 
	- It is a "gift"..  Rom.15:15; 1Cor.1:4; 3:10 
	- It is by faith..  
	Ro.5:15 Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the 
              offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, 
              which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. (KJV) 
  Has it been bestowed upon you in vain? 
	1 Cor 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon
        me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace
        of God which was with me. (KJV) 
  Hear the Warnings...  Heb.10:29 
	Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of 
	bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; (KJV) 
WILL YOU AVAIL YOURSELF OF THIS 
	AMAZING, SAVING, SUSTAINING GRACE TODAY! 
	ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR NEED; 
	BELIEVE GOD'S WORD; 
	RECEIVE GOD'S SON!!
