	WOW!  What a woman... and yet nothing is said about her physical
   appearance!  Her attractiveness comes entirely from her character. 
   This woman is an excellent wife and mother.  She is also involved in
   a variety of other pursuits.  Perhaps this description is a composite
   of ideal womanhood.  You can't duplicate her in every detail... but 
   you Can Be Inspired To Be ALL YOU CAN BE.... 
I.  NOTICE HER VALUE.. 10 
  A. Revealed by "Scarcity".. "who can find a virtuous woman?" 
    1. Now is the time, young ladies, to grow up this way... 1Thes.4:3-6
	 - according to various reports... there are less and less... 
    2. Not just a Christian woman... but a woman yielded to God...
	- a Christlikeness in her life
	- a life in tune with spiritual things 
  B. Revealed by "Comparison".. "her price is far above rubies.." 
    1. Rubies, like people, are valuable according to their maker.
	- God made rubies are very valuable... worth thousands...
	- Man made rubies... $20 a carat.. or less 
    2. She is a "God made Woman" 
  C. Revealed by her Household.. 
    1. Her Husband... 11,12 
    2. Her Children.. 28
II.  NOTICE HER EXCELLENCE..  "you excel them all"   29
 ** she is faithful 11,12; industrious 13, 14,15, 19; concerned about 
    others.. household, maidens, poor 20; is businesslike 16; kind.. 
  A. Many Daughters Have Done Well.. 29 
    1. There was Miriam..(Moses' sister) led Israel in praise.. Ex.15:20
    2. There was Deborah, the patriotic military advisor.. Jud.4:4-10 
    3. There was Huldah, the prophetess who revealed God's message to 
       national leaders.  2Kings 22:14 
    4. There was Queen Esther who risked her life for her people..
  B. BUT.. You Excel Them All.. 
 ** A woman in private life .. excelling the public figures.. 
 ** How can it be?  a faithful, loving, industrious, ambitious,
    businesslike, generous, foresighted, wise, 	kind, happy housewife 
    excelling them all !!! 
III.  NOTICE HER SECRET... 30 ...When the Holy Spirit summed it all up...
      He didn't dwell upon what she had done... but what she was.... 
  A. The Negatives..  beware of these... 
    1. Favor is deceitful... can be turned on and off 
    2. Beauty is vain... transitory - outward adornment.. 1 Peter 3:3 
	- yet. a bunch of money is spent to "fix" up the outside and the
        "inside" is left unclean.  Mt.23:27                                                                                                                                                            B. The Positives.. pursue these...  a woman who reverently worships and fears the Lord...she shall be 	praised. 
    1. She is God "Made".. not "self made"
	- mankind makes some wonderful imitations many times... but God is 
        not deceived... & the self-made counterfeit must appear to Him 
        very cheap indeed. 
    2. She is God "Centered".. remember Mary & Martha.. Lu.10:40 
	- It is her relationship with God that makes her excel.. 

YOUR HUSBAND NEEDS A GODLY WOMAN...
   YOUR CHILDREN NEED A GODLY MOTHER.. 
      YOUR WORLD NEEDS A GODLY WOMAN... 
	HAVE YOU BEGUN THE JOURNEY? 	 ARE YOU GROWING IN THAT WAY?
